I've been cooking since I was four years old, as evidenced by the photo below.

I'm one of those lucky kids who grew up in a family that loved to cook. My two grandmothers were the greatest culinary influences in my life. My grandmother Foley, who I called Granny, and my grandmother Moore, who I called Honey had a profound influence on my love of cooking. They both cooked from the heart and everything they made tasted of love. And my mom, Cecilia, has been a constant source of encouragement in my culinary adventures and she still is to this day. Food is my love language.
